The location of Multi Resorts At Villas At Southgate was perfect for our cycling trip, with easy access to the nearby bike path. The adult pool and hot tub area were a welcome retreat, offering relaxation without any noisy children. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as the need for more floor lamps and updated furniture, we found our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient family stay.

The location of the resort is ideal, just outside Zion National Park and pretty close to the freeway, making it convenient for exploring the St. George area. The condos are well maintained and very home-like, with a well-stocked kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The grounds and pools are in top condition, providing a great place to relax and unwind.

The property's location near the bike path is a highlight, convenient for cycling enthusiasts. the bathrooms are simple yet functional, and having two is a plus. the facilities are clean and well, maintained, with a nice adult pool and hot tub area. It's easy to follow the check, out instructions. You can enjoy the view of the golf course and, in spring, the lovely blossoms. the kitchen is good, and the pools are user, friendly. the staff is friendly and helpful.

The accommodation for two couples is disadvantageous due to accommodations' contrasting quality.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right next to a golf course that we enjoyed playing at. Additionally, it was near the center of old-town St George as well as national parks. The proximity to Thunder Junction All Abilities Park was also a plus.
